Shipping Policy – Earth and Essense

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Custom or energized products may take slightly longer.
• In case of delays, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (India): 3-7 business days.
• International Shipping: 8-14 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with a tracking number.
• Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.

4. Cash on Delivery (India Only)

• COD Fee: ₹100 flat charge.
• COD orders will be confirmed via phone or WhatsApp before dispatch.

5. International Orders

• Customs duties, import taxes, and other local charges (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
• Delays due to customs are beyond our control.

6. Incorrect Address or Non-Acceptance

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or refusal, re-shipping fees will apply.
